Your own records are yours

Ratings, notes and plans are encrypted on your device before they’re saved to an account. The service stores only scrambled data: it can’t read them.
Not even your company
Your company provides the organisation chart. It never sees how you rate anyone, who you plan to meet, or what you wrote.
Facts, not judgements
Nothing is inferred about anyone: not who likes whom, and not who is influential. Only you record that, for yourself.
